Woolly worms!


one of my Sheltie Friends has just told us about these...

I had forgotten what they were,, we called them Woolly Bears I think when I was a youngster.. I loved them

didn`t know that they could predict the weather though!

anyone??

Oh, it's quite possible we have them! I just don't remember seeing them around.

And while there is an English-language Wikipedia entry on Woolly Worms, there is no German page about them. So maybe we don't have them, or maybe they never gained much attention.

I love woolly bears! I haven't seen one for awhile, and I searched through my pictures and do not have a picture of one. The next time I see one, I will take a picture.

It seems I have always known they predict the weather.

I always called them woolly bears, too.

Omg! I've not seen or heard of "Wooly Bears" in years! Well, since my Grandmother passed away. She always looked for them, and [sign in to see URL] they could tell the weather.
